Cory was born and raised in the Portland metro area and enjoys active lifestyle inspired by his Pacific Northwest roots. Cory enjoys a wide range of outdoor related hobbies. He enjoys fatherhood, raising his 6 year old son, infant and the life lessons learned through parenting, coaching kids and leading by example. 

Cory has always been passionate about his career and learning skills through real-life experience. At a young age Cory gathered experience in many fields from working at Deschutes Brewery, construction, whitewater raft guiding, wildland & structure firefighting and emergency medical services during his time in college. During high school Cory started several small business endeavors such as buying & selling cars and automotive detailing while refereeing lacrosse, landscaping and working at Oswego Lake Country Club. At 17 he had bought and sold enough cars he had to maneuver his way around the state requirement for having a dealers license. At a young age he caught the entrepreneur's itch which led him to pursue his degree Business Management and Entrepreneurship in Bend, Oregon.

Cory’s real estate career started with due diligence and feasibility work for his Father who owned a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage based out of Portland before his retirement. Cory led, organized and integrated the firms technology systems and databases to better serve clients while simultaneously closing more than 60 real estate & mortgage transactions and advising on 10’s of millions of dollars worth of real estate assets. After engulfing himself in the mathematics and real estate tech, he found a passion for real estate strategy with a niche in investment brokerage, commercial/apartment mortgage brokerage and consulting.  

Cory started Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc (“CCRE”) in 2022. CCRE is an Oregon-based full service boutique investment real estate firm. The brokerage takes a strategic, analytical and consultative approach to real estate investing. By custom-tailoring investment strategies that match investor profiles, Cory strives to provide real estate investors the team, tools and direction they need to achieve their goals with a focus on a life-time relationship with his clients.

Cory is passionate about owning and managing a business. He enjoys the challenges of growing and educating a team and improving his systems. Owning an investment real estate brokerage allows him to fulfill his itch for entrepreneurship, family-work-life balance, scalability and helping clients achieve financial milestones.
